All Sales Are Final

Because of the spiritual and hygienic nature of our products (perfumes, oils, soaps, bath blends, ritual items, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable.


We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:


  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

    • Your full name and order number
    • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
    • A short explanation

Lost or Delayed Packages


We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
